Job Description

Responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent customer experience. The restaurant Branch Manager would also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards, this role will be responsible for meeting all the franchise standards and following all the franchise procedures including the supply chain.

Job Description

  • Manage Restaurant operations for dining in
  • Manage Kitchen operations for deliveries
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Restaurant team
  • Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue for dining in
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures as set by the management
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Be aware of competitors and new trends
  • Assist the Franchisee and Franchisor by submitting all required documents and information
  • Comply with safety, hygiene, and security

 

Requirements

  • 4 years experience in the restaurant industry
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and leadership skills
  • Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Dependable and reliable
