Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist the organization. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary, and who is serious and wants to build a career only.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager director
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and filing related personal documents with direct supervision from manager, and correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Support staff needs
  • Collating and filing personal expenses
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel
  • Planning events
  • Female candidates preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to travel if needed
