- Check in child patients, evaluating their symptoms and checking their vital signs
- Complete diagnostic tests
- Administer medications or minor procedures
- Manage early and moderate periodontal disease, evaluate the results of periodontal treatment.
- Provide parents and patients with a detailed summary of the diagnosis and individualized treatment plan/choices.
- Create a treatment plan or coordinate follow-up medical care
- Practice general dentistry
- Provide consultation services, and advise patients
- Educate family members on treatment options
