Job Description
  • Records Delivery/Distribution information (mileage, fuel cost, fuel use, hours, stops, for delivery)
  • Training and onboarding new drivers
  • Manage driver performance including quality, productivity, safety, and compliance
  • Coach, support, discipline, and encourage your assigned drivers
  • Maintaining good communication with each of your drivers
  • Responsible for total supervision, training, mentoring, and coaching of all assigned employees
  • Manage employee workload, and attendance and conduct performance reviews
  • Create a positive work environment continually supporting and recognizing employees for professional and personal growth
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license Class (UAE) or the ability to acquire one within the first 90 days of employment
  • Experience in delivery services 2-3 years
  • Knowledge of using computer
  • Ability to deliver continuous improvement
  • Supervises day-to-day operations for all drivers and dispatchers
  • Creates and prepares delivery routes for drivers

Required skills

ARABIC Communication Skill and sales skill english Hindi UAE Driving License Preffered
