Job Description

• Assist departments workload, and communicate with vendors and clients, as needed
• Take inventory of department’s office supplies, sort and distribute as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of operations department and company information
• Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the department managers with recommendations for resolution
• Provide detailed estimates to our customers in a timely manner
• Create construction cost proposals for customers based on supplied designs
• Work from architectural drawings and specifications
• Provide consultation, coordination, and assistance to our customers
• Handle incoming calls regarding inquiries from subcontractors/general contractors
• Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, correspondence, and other project-specific information
• Perform additional assignments as required by the operating needs of the company or as directed by executives

Requirements

• Female- Indian nationality
• Undergraduate/College Level
• Math skills, construction knowledge, mechanically minded
• Ability to obtain knowledge of aluminum glazing systems & their applications
• Extensive computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Hardworking
• Strong interpersonal skills
