Job Description

  • HBK Referans Trading & Services WLL is looking for a dynamic DB manager with a strong background and superior sales or rental negotiation skills in the scaffolding industry.

  • The Scaffold BD manager is responsible for finding and creating new business opportunities in the construction, gas, and oil industries.
  • This position requires establishing connections with potential clients, comprehending their requirements, and offering solutions to fulfill them. Moreover, the Scaffold BD manager will work with internal teams to guarantee project success and client contentment.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a solid sales and business development background along with expertise in the construction industry.
  • Should be able to effectively communicate with clients and work well in a team environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in scaffolding systems and project management. 
  • The current customer portfolio includes those in scaffold fields for trading, renting, or contracting scaffold businesses.
  • Creating proposals, quotes, and bids for inquiries, negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities, and achieving targets.
  • Meeting potential and current clients to expand market share and revenue in government and corporate organizations.
  • Collaborating with the team to discover new opportunities for providing innovative event management services.
  • Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.
