Job Description

  • Assess customer needs and provide suggestions;
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are met;
  • Maintain inventory levels of ingredients used;
  • Prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers;
  • Conduct daily cleaning duties as assigned;
  • Count and report inventory levels of ingredients used;
  • Prepare ingredients used to create food and beverages for customers;
  • Manually prepare juices and small meals for customers on demand.
  •  Greet and serve guests at the counter.
  • Operate Juice and Coffee equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage services to customers.

Requirements

  • Great time management skills with the ability to work under little supervision;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment used;
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment used a plus.
  •  The right candidate must be a graduate in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience as Juice Maker preferably in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of mixing fresh fruit juices is a must.
  • Must be a team player and can work under pressure.
