Job Description

  • Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholder
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Team Management

  •  Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  •  Assign tasks to team members, ensuring the optimal utilization of resources.
  •  Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve project objectives
  •  Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team member
  •  Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.

  •  Stakeholder Management:

  •   Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are understood and managed.
  •   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure their alignment with business objectives.
  •   Communicate project updates, progress, and any changes to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  •   Address stakeholder concerns or issues promptly and effectively

  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

  •   Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  •   Conduct regular testing and quality checks to identify and address any defects or issues.
  •   Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success.
  •   Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

  •   Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  •   Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and deliverables.
  •   Generate insightful reports and present project progress and performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, managing software development projects.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Candidate should have fluency in the Arabic & English language.
  • The candidate should be based in Doha, Qatar.
