Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Completion of a four-year degree in HR.
Attainment of a four-year degree in a related field like business or I/O psychology, with HR certifications.
Years of experience working in an operational role that led to an HR transition.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
