Property Consultant

Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including cold calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers.
Meet with clients to assess their property needs.
Assist clients in process of buying, selling, renting through site visits, viewings, and sales process
Act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers
Follow-up with leads and connect with our clients to generate more sales
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and conduct open houses to promote agency listings
Attract prospective clients and determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
Develop networks and cooperate with lawyers, mortgage lenders and contractors.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or Sales, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience of a track successful Sales records in the Real Estate Market in the UAE
Previous experience coordinating with the marketing team in a cross-cultural setting is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of working with Developers and project’s selling techniques
Local and international knowledge of Real Estate ROI and market conditions
Excellent communication skills: fluency in English is a MUST
Up to date with advancements in Real Estate Trends
Multi-language is a PLUS.
UAE Driver’s License is an advantage
