Housekeeping Supervisor

Achieve and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and service.
Assists the Executive Housekeeper in attaining the Housekeeping department's strategic goals by providing professional and advising support.
In his/her absence, assume the responsibilities of Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Coach and train all talents in the department, improving their work performance through inspections, standard corrections, and direction.
Creates schedules as needed and in accordance with anticipated occupancy.
Assists the Asst. Housekeeping Manager in obtaining the highest quality of cleanliness in the hotel.
Provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
All work shall be done in accordance with departmental guidelines, the departmental business plan, and the corporate guidelines and service concepts of the organization.
