Non-licensed nurse - ICU experienced

Nurses must have ICU nurse experience from their home country.
Visa, Food, Accommodation, Uniform, and Transportation provided.
Experienced in handling ventilator patients without any supervision.
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal symptom management.
Responsible for recognizing patients’ symptoms and taking measures within their scope of practice to administer medications and comfort the patient
Private Emirati Employer (means this is not for the healthcare sector), work as a Private Nurse for a patient in the VIP room of Ajman Hospital.

Ability to use initiative and solve problems.
Ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations.
Must have empathy and compassion to understand the patients' changes.
Nurses must not have UAE nurses license (like DHA/DOH/MOH/HAAD).
Should be able to communicate in professional English with employers and hospital staff.
Critical Thinking, Decision-making skills, and Observation Skills to handle any situation they will face while caring alone for the patient in the VIP, ICU room.
