Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • ORDERING OF ALL POS MATERIALS FOR UAE AND GCC STORES - (Packaging, Display, printing, stationary, uniforms & other miscellaneous items) for stores at competitive pricing
  • MANAGING TIMELY RENEWAL OF WEIGHING SCALE, PEST CONTROL, GOLD RATE SCREENS, AND CLEANING SERVICES
  • NON-TRADE EXPORTS TO ALL GCC STORES & RELEASE OF IMPORTS WITH PROPER COMPARATIVE PRICINGS
  • ENSURING PROPER COORDINATION WITH STORES & WAREHOUSE
  • PREPARING OF COMPARISONS AND ARRANGING ALL FILING WORKS THROUGH ASSISTANT

 

Reports to be prepared:

  • DAILY & WEEKLY STOCK REPORT FROM WAREHOUSE / STORE MONTHLY PENDING STOCK REPORT
  • FOLLOW-UP REPORT AND COST CONTROL REPORT / COMPARISONS FOR LOWEST COSTING
  • RENEWAL REPORT (WEIGHING SCALE, PEST CONTROL & CLEANING SERVICES)
  • FOLLOW-UP REPORT / COMPARISONS

Requirements

Requirements :

 

  • MINIMUM 2-5 EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
  • ABLE TO HANDLE REPORTS TO TOP MANAGEMENT
  • KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRY
  • HANDLING STORE PERSONNEL AND STORE CUSTOMERS
