Reviewing documents conforms to Saudi Aramco Material System Specification (SAMSS) and Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard/Procedure (SAES/SAEP) for various Piping Materials. Ensuring that all Quality Control requirements on site are fully implemented and maintained in accordance with Saudi Aramco minimum requirement for contractor (Schedule Q). Closely monitoring Sub-Contractors Inspection Activities as per approved ITP, QCP, and Construction Method of Statement.

Worked with the Project Management Team, duties performed as a QC Piping Inspector on Train 400 and Inlet Facilities for Fabrication, Erection and Testing of Process and Utility Piping, Material Receiving, Test Package Reviews, Punch Listing and Clearing, Air-blowing, Intermediate and Final Lay Up, Reinstatement Activities, Bolt Torqueing and Tensioning, Directly raising Inspection to Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Department (SAPID) through Quality Management Information System (QMIS). Monitoring various Sub contractors Method of Statement on different scope of work and Inspection activities are as per Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan (SATIP). Initiate in raising Site Surveillance Report, Discrepancy Report, Corrective Action Report, and Non Conformance Report. Ensuring that all Quality Control on site are fully implemented and maintained in accordance with Saudi Aramco Code, Standard, and minimum requirement for contractor (Schedule Q).Monitor good safety practice.

Duties performed as a QC Piping/Welding Inspection for shop and site work activities in Acid Gas Compressor area, Flare area, Pipe Rack AC & AD, Fabrication Shop, shut down activities, directly reporting to QC Engineer. Responsible for offering Inspection to Petrofac site Inspector as per Inspection and Test Plan. Conduct/Witness Procedure Qualification Testing (PQT) and Welder Performance Qualification Testing. Constant monitoring shop and site welding activities such as; fit up, implementation of approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), proper handling of electrodes before and after issuance to site, heat treatment, pre heating, interpass temperature, post weld heat treatment (PWHT), welders performance and repair rate. Controls NDE requirement are carried out as per required by Line Class, Punch Listing and Clearing, prepares As built drawing, Test Package Review, Pressure Testing of process and utility piping, monitors Daily Welding Report (DWR). Initiate in raising Site Observation report, Non Conformance report. Ensures construction site activities abide Quality Control Procedure (QCP).

Duties performed as a QC Welding / Piping Inspector on; Process Area Phase 1 & 2 on Pipe Rack AA, AC, Oxygen Service Line, CS & SS Fabrication Shop, and Utilities area, directly reporting to QC Engineer. Raising Inspection request to JGC / KBR site and shop Inspector as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Constant monitoring Piping and Welding activities at shop and field are as per approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Quality Control Procedure (QCP), witness Welder Qualification Test, Procedure Qualification Test, Monitor proper Electrode Treatment, Heat Treatment such as Pre heating, Post weld heat Treatment (PWHT), Piping Fit Up Inspection, Visual Welding Inspection on Piping and Structural, Review Daily Welding Report (DWR), Monitor welder performance and repair rate, offer Non Destructive Examination(PT, MT, RT) as per Line Class requirement, Ensures repairs are as per approved procedure, Test Package Review, Punch Listing and Clearing, Witness Hydrotest, Pneumatic Testing, Witness Bolt Torqueing and Tensioning, Air blowing activities, Monitor application of Heat Transfer Compound, Prepares as-built drawing.
